My personal user manual

Some of you may have heard of the Personal User Manual or Read me. The basic premise: you write down a user manual about yourself to guide others about how best to work with you.

I recently put mine together [template here] and shared it with my new manager in our first career chat so she could have more context about my work style and goals:

Even if you don't plan on sharing it, I found this an incredibly useful exercise in self-reflection.
